Order Processing
All orders are picked and packed with care, typically within 48 hours. You’ll receive an email notification with tracking details as soon as your order is shipped.
Shipping Rates & Times
- Standard shipping rate: $4.99 AUD on all orders.
- Free shipping on orders $50 AUD and over.
- Most orders arrive within 5 to 16 business days from dispatch, depending on your location and local postal service.
- All shipping times exclude any clearance or customs delays.
International Shipping & GST
We ship internationally, including throughout Australia. For Australian customers, GST is included in the total price. International deliveries may be subject to your country’s duties and taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.
Order Cancellation
It is the customer's responsibility to contact us as soon as possible should they wish to cancel or change an order. If your order has not yet shipped, we’ll do our best to assist. Once an order has shipped, cancellation or changes are not possible, and standard return/refund procedures for faulty items apply.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is complete and correct at the time of order. If you notice an error, contact us right away. If your order has already shipped, we cannot change the address and are not liable for packages delivered to an incorrect address.
Tracking
Tracking details will be sent to you via email once your order is shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update. If you do not see a shipping email, please check your spam or promotions folder.
Multiple Shipments
If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and on different days.
Lost, Stolen, or Faulty Items
Flayva is not responsible for parcels marked as "delivered" by the courier service. For faulty, broken, or damaged items, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at contact@flayva.co with your order number and clear photos. Refunds are provided only for products that arrive faulty, broken, or damaged.

We offer refunds only for products that arrive faulty, broken, or damaged. All refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order and include photo evidence. Other sales are final.
