Refund policy
We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us at contact@flayva.co within 30 days of receiving your item.
Refund Request Requirements:
As part of the refund request, you are required to provide:
- 4 clear photos of the item (including the product, packaging, and any claimed issue), and
- 1 short video (10-15 seconds) clearly showing the condition of the item and the issue being claimed.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Refund requests submitted without the required photos and video will not be reviewed or approved.
Important Note: We operate a refund-only policy. This means that approved refunds will be issued without requiring you to return the physical product. Once your refund is approved, you may keep, donate, or dispose of the item as you see fit.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Refundable Items
Certain types of items cannot be refunded, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept refund requests for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept refund requests on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order and request a refund within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The same photo and video evidence requirements apply.
Refund Processing
We will notify you once we've reviewed your refund request and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
