Our products are shipped directly from our warehouses located in Hong Kong.
Can I change or cancel my order?
To ensure the fastest possible processing and delivery of your order, any requests for changes or cancellations must be made within 12 hours of placing your order. Unfortunately, requests made after this timeframe cannot be accommodated. Once you receive your order, it can be returned for a full refund if needed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including VISA, Mastercard, and AMEX, as well as PayPal payments, for your convenience and security.
When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and dispatched from our warehouse. Please allow 1-3 business days from the order date for processing. Orders are processed Monday through Friday and shipped the day after processing. Kindly note that we do not ship on weekends. During holidays and sale seasons, please allow for additional processing time due to high volume.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand and our commitment to offering unique products from various sources, please anticipate a delivery time of 2-4 weeks for your order to arrive.
What if I don't receive my order?
If your order has not been received within 30 days after it has been shipped, you are eligible for a full refund. Please contact us at contact@flayva.co to initiate this process.
Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars. Please be aware that you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once your order reaches its final destination. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees are determined by your local customs office and are charged once your order arrives. Payment of these charges and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by Flayva. We are also not responsible for any delays caused by the customs department in your country. How do I return an item?

What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?
If you have received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, or defective, please contact us immediately. Include your order number, photographs of the item(s), and any related references you received with your package. We are committed to resolving your case as swiftly as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be credited back to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds are typically sent to your card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of our receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact your card-issuing bank directly if you have questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. If you haven't received a credit yet after this timeframe, we advise contacting your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
